And in front of the new building


What was left of the old building. I can't quite decide if it was a mark of respect for the ancient building, or a -bad- joke. On yesterday's picture, this entrance is shown at the upper-left corner of the photo exhibit on the wall.

It is a bit strange indeed but the old entrance has some historical value, I think. The columns seem just cleaned...
Do they still clad all new buildings in Jerusalem stone?

It serves no purpose? Maybe "they" just thought it looked nice...
